Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to accept exchanges and returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all signature packaging materials, tags, certificates, and accompanying documentation.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. We therefore recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service when returning items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any expenses incurred in connection with the return, including but not limited to shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related costs, shall be borne solely by the customer. Such charges, if incurred by Begüm Khan, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be processed only after the returned item has been received by Begüm Khan and has successfully passed our quality and condition inspection. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
